High-Volume Coating Process – Partnerships and Grant
With support from the State of Ohio under the Third Frontier Project under TECH 08-055, Catacel in conjunction with partner MP Technologies is developing a high volume coating process for corrugated foil inserts. Such inserts are used in Catacel's HEP product, and are also used in various formats for fuel reforming in fuel cells and in gas-to-liquid processing. This effort will result in a high-production pilot coater that will be available in mid-2009. Such a coater will allow Catacel to meet volume production needs for several customers.
