The HEP module has been characterized on Catacel's evaluation test bench. Pressure drop and heat transfer for several different insert geometries has been recorded, thus enabling engineering to model performance in a wide variety of applications.
Various connections can be attached to the HEP as an option. Stock fittings include sanitary flanges and Swagelok™ tubes.
By bundling several HEP modules parallel or in a series, a wide range of heat exchange and/or reaction designs can be met.
